Fixed the content control indicated default setting.

Fixed content control default setting.
The setting said Auto when in fact the default is Off.

The default setting for content control has always been "Off". The dropdown setting in the stack however falsely indicated that the default setting was "Auto".

If you find that Content Control is not working on a proportional height Sections Box that you previously created with v1.0.1 or before then simply change the setting from Auto to something else and back to auto.
